  1. Well Header - Path, Surface and Bottom Hole Location (Request Number G6010) – this identifies basic well data. Point GIS data includes all releasable borehole information; API number, water depth, rig kelly bushing elevation, well name, well type code, current-status code, field name, lease number, operator name, operator code, district code, total depth date, spud date, well status date, total measured depth, true vertical depth, surface and bottom area and block code, total depth date, well status date, well type code, district code, current status code, water depth, surface and bottom locations in degrees of longitude and latitude.

Reservoir Maximum Efficient Rate (Request Number G6050) – this identifies the maximum sustainable daily oil or gas withdrawal rate from a reservoir which will permit economic development and depletion of that reservoir without detriment to ultimate recovery.
